We’re Javi and Valentina, two curious adventurers who landed in Amsterdam with nothing but open minds and a love for discovery.

In those first months, every weekend became an escape. We’d hop on a train with no plan, wander through new cities, and let spontaneity set the direction.

What we found was always unexpected, hidden corners, beautiful moments, little adventures that made us realize how much magic there is in simply saying yes to the unknown and if you share it with others.

Why this journey began.

We started this community because we realized that sharing these special moments with others can significantly help build lasting friendships with those who share similar interests and passions.

We’ve lived in a bunch of different cities, so we know how hard it can be to meet people who really get you. Sometimes it happens at work or uni… but if not, it can feel isolating. Apps try to fill that gap, but let’s be honest — nothing beats meeting someone naturally, while doing something you both love.

That’s why we started Meet&Vamos: to bring people together through real connections and memorable moments.
